    I absolutely love love love my refurbished magenta Yamaha U1 piano! The staff is so nice and accommodating. I live in New Orleans, so everything was done over the phone & FaceTime. I can’t recommend the Caruso family highly enough when purchasing a piano. By the way, everyone in the French Quarter was absolutely flipping out over my magenta piano when it was being delivered. It’s so much fun!

The company introduction by Larry and Richard put me at ease about shopping for a piano site unseen. I called and talked to Larry and he was very helpful and informative. I called back the next day about making a purchase and talked the the Sales Manager Brian. He took the time to make a video demonstrating a couple of pianos that I would be interested in. He took care of the details in making the order happen. I have most recently been talking to Richard and he is amazing. He will do whatever necessary to create a satisfied customer. My piano took a little longer to be delivered due to snow in my area. I got frequent updates, always extremely friendly. When my piano arrived, it was beautiful and I could not be happier. I would like to thank you sincerely.  You sold me a magnificent piano at an incredible price.  I'm really satisfied in regards to the instrument, but also you were very professional.  

I need to admit that purchasing a piano from the internet in USA to be delivered in Canada made be nervous.  But the way you arranged the customs, the payments and the transport...Everything was perfect.  The Carrier company that you have chosen was very professional as well. 

I received the piano two weeks ago and it has been tuned this week.  When my tuner saw it and learned about the price, he did not believe me.  I had no problem to recommend you.  Again, thanks so much.
