    I absolutely love love love my refurbished magenta Yamaha U1 piano! The staff is so nice and accommodating. I live in New Orleans, so everything was done over the phone & FaceTime. I can’t recommend the Caruso family highly enough when purchasing a piano. By the way, everyone in the French Quarter was absolutely flipping out over my magenta piano when it was being delivered. It’s so much fun!

The company introduction by Larry and Richard put me at ease about shopping for a piano site unseen. I called and talked to Larry and he was very helpful and informative. I called back the next day about making a purchase and talked the the Sales Manager Brian. He took the time to make a video demonstrating a couple of pianos that I would be interested in. He took care of the details in making the order happen. I have most recently been talking to Richard and he is amazing. He will do whatever necessary to create a satisfied customer. My piano took a little longer to be delivered due to snow in my area. I got frequent updates, always extremely friendly. When my piano arrived, it was beautiful and I could not be happier. The delivery guys showed up yesterday to deliver my new to me (1976) Yamaha U1. When I received the piano, the delivery guys got it in the house in a swift fashion and took very good care of the piano while they moved it. The piano is exactly as it was described, and is exactly how I had hoped! You guys took the time to communicate with me back and forth numerous times throughout the buying and delivery process and I could not be happier with my decision to buy this piano, and to buy it from Caruso. I look forward to many years of happy piano playing!
