    I absolutely love love love my refurbished magenta Yamaha U1 piano! The staff is so nice and accommodating. I live in New Orleans, so everything was done over the phone & FaceTime. I can’t recommend the Caruso family highly enough when purchasing a piano. By the way, everyone in the French Quarter was absolutely flipping out over my magenta piano when it was being delivered. It’s so much fun!

    I wanted to buy a Yamaha U1 piano but could not afford a new one. I went online and saw the website and YouTube channel for Caruso pianos. The company introduction by Larry and Richard put me at ease about shopping for a piano site unseen. I called and talked to Larry and he was very helpful and informative. I called back the next day about making a purchase and talked the the Sales Manager Brian. He took the time to make a video demonstrating a couple of pianos that I would be interested in. He took care of the details in making the order happen. I have most recently been talking to Richard and he is amazing. He will do whatever necessary to create a satisfied customer. My piano took a little longer to be delivered due to snow in my area. I got frequent updates, always extremely friendly. When my piano arrived, it was beautiful and I could not be happier. Thanks for providing a tremendous shopping experience!
