    I absolutely love love love my refurbished magenta Yamaha U1 piano! The staff is so nice and accommodating. I live in New Orleans, so everything was done over the phone & FaceTime. I can’t recommend the Caruso family highly enough when purchasing a piano. By the way, everyone in the French Quarter was absolutely flipping out over my magenta piano when it was being delivered. The company introduction by Larry and Richard put me at ease about shopping for a piano site unseen. I called and talked to Larry and he was very helpful and informative. I called back the next day about making a purchase and talked the the Sales Manager Brian. He took the time to make a video demonstrating a couple of pianos that I would be interested in. He took care of the details in making the order happen. I have most recently been talking to Richard and he is amazing. He will do whatever necessary to create a satisfied customer. My piano took a little longer to be delivered due to snow in my area. I got frequent updates, always extremely friendly. When my piano arrived, it was beautiful and I could not be happier. My Yamaha U3 was delivered today and I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with it.  It is really fabulous.  My piano expert adores it too!  I can’t believe that it is not new.  Please feel free to use me as a reference if you ever find the need to do so.
